Inspired by the elegant wines of Burgundy, Hubert de Boüard decided to plant Pinot Noir in the Bordeaux region.
This small-scale exclusive production started in 2016 and was made possible through meticulous plot selection that favours the growth of this grape variety.
Tasting notes
The wine shows a bright, very shiny red color, and aromas of black cherries, and liquorice on the nose. On the palate, we have a good structure with silky tanins and good balanced acidity.
